Chandra Beasley - Director of Information Technology
Chandra Beasley is the Director of Information Technology (IT) for the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association (SCPHCA) and is responsible for the day to day operations of the South Carolina Health Center Controlled Network Program and internal IT. Chandra has more than 8 years of experience in the Health Information Technology field. Her prior roles have afforded her extensive knowledge in EHR architecture build and design, HIE implementation/optimization, HL7 and reporting support, and Quality Assurance testing. She has obtained a Master in Business Administration, Master in Network Systems Administration, Master in Public Administration, and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and is currently seeking her Doctorate of Health Administration from Capella University.
Brittany Lawrence - Clinical Informatics Analyst
Brittany Lawrence is the Clinical Informatics Analyst for the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association (SCPHCA) and is responsible for assisting participating health centers with improved clinical workflow and quality assurance for data integration processes and quality improvement reporting at various levels. In addition, Brittany is responsible for work activities both internal to SCHCCN and external with participating health centers and Health Information Technology (HIT) vendors regarding the aggregation of clinical data, claims data, and other data types. She has obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Winthrop University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Georgia.
