Important note: *Please read the information below carefully before registering for a new account. Not following the directions carefully may result in a delay in your registration. *
A corporate master account must be created first before an employee can be automatically approved for a new account. Many of the employees of community health centers such as BJHCHS, Foothills Community Health Center and New Horizon Family Health Center (see complete list in the table below) already have a corporate master account created in the system. If your organization is listed in the table below, you may create your employee account and skip the step of creating a corporate master account.
New employee account registrations with emails belonging to an approved corporate master account email domain, eg: Marilyn_monroe@fetterhealthcare.org or email@example.com will be automatically approved and entered into the system. New employee account registrations with emails which do not match the domain of a corporate master account will be reviewed by the SCPHCA staff before the account is approved and activated. We will not activate requests using email domains from personal accounts such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail. However, if you are using a personal email domain because you are an employee of Health Care Partners or a board member for one of the Federally Qualified Health Centers, please contact Joel Mercado at firstname.lastname@example.org before registering.
The table below shows the different account types.
Before clicking below, please ensure you’ve found your organization in the table above and choose the correct account. For instance, if you are an employee of Little River Medical Center, you will click the circle below that reads “Health Center Employee”. If your organization is not listed in the table above, please click the circle with the description that best represents your organization (Partnership, Sponsorship, Consultant or Non-Member) and the SCPHCA will review your request.
