Health Care Partners of South Carolina proudly participated in the CIMS Conference held July 12–14, 2026, joining fellow health centers from across the network for three days of collaboration, education, and shared learning. HCPSC presented a storyboard highlighting the strategies and process improvements that drove significant gains in the diabetic eye exam measure — one of the more challenging quality metrics to move meaningfully.

The results speak to the work happening on the ground: HCPSC tied for second place in closing the most care gaps among the 14 centers contracted with CIMS. This recognition belongs to our providers and clinical support staff, whose day-to-day dedication to patient care made these improvements possible.

Conferences like CIMS offer invaluable opportunities for health centers to connect, compare notes, and learn from one another's successes and challenges. The chance to network with peer organizations, exchange best practices, and bring fresh ideas back to our own teams plays a vital role in strengthening the quality of care we're able to provide. Events like this reinforce that improving health outcomes is a collective effort — one that benefits from the shared expertise of the entire FQHC community.

HCPSC extends congratulations to all award recipients and thanks the CIMS team for organizing another successful conference.
