On August 7th, Carolina Health Centers officially broke ground on our brand-new HomeTown Pediatrics and Carolina Community Pharmacy location in Laurens, SC! This innovative facility will bring pediatric care and pharmacy services together under one roof — making it easier and more convenient for families to get the care they need in one stop. Construction is expected to be completed in 2026, and we’re thrilled to continue expanding our presence in the Laurens community with even more comprehensive services. We were honored to have Congresswoman Sheri Biggs and a representative from Representative John McCravy’s office join us for the celebration!
Additionally, Carolina Health Centers staff marked National Health Center Week with a full lineup of themed days — from Mimic Monday to Wayback Wednesday and everything in between! Team members enjoyed dressing up, celebrating with coworkers, and showing off their creativity and team spirit all week long. It was a fun reminder of the incredible people behind the care Carolina Health provides every day!
