At the heart of the work and mission of community health centers is the provision of comprehensive and quality preventive and primary care. The clinical teams at each of the centers are at the front line and understand the needs of their patient populations.
At the core of the purpose for the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association's Clinical Program, is to provide support to the community health centers and their clinical teams. To fulfill this purpose, the Clinical Program offers educational and networking opportunities for providers and the entire clinical team, develops and implements collaborative strategies, and fosters partnerships with the intent of having a statewide impact.
