The South Carolina Community Health Centers Data Trend Report is based on calculations made using the figures from South Carolina Community Health Center's Uniform Data Systems (UDS) Reports from calendar years 2001 - 2003.  UDS reports are completed on an annual basis by all federally funded health centers and the results are submitted to the Bureau of Primary Health Care.  Data from the following health centers is included in this report:
