Mr. Plush is responsible for establishing, planning, and administering the
overall policies and goals for the Information Technology Department. He
analyzes the needs of departments/centers and establishes priorities for
feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new
and/or modify information processing systems.

Poole assists in coordination with the SCPHCA Legislative Consultant, in
all legislative activities of the Association. She coordinates media and
PR activities as they relate to the Association and its member
organizations. She serves as the organization’s primary technical writer
and coordinates, with the support of SCPHCA staff, multiple special
projects (including, but not limited to the development of a State
Strategic Plan). Ms. Poole also provides assistance in coordinating
conferences and workshops. |

problems and serve as “help desk,” answering computer related questions,

Mr. Reel serves as a financial
consultant to the members of the South Carolina Primary Health Care
Association and assists the Association in areas of financial concerns.
Mr. Reel is responsible for providing financial technical assistance or
interim onsite support. Such assistance consist of preparing budgets,
Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports, Financial Status Reports (FSRs),
Uniform Data System (UDS) Reports; as well as assisting in financial
statement analysis and other financial assistance as requested by the
Association’s members. This position also serves as Medicaid/Medicare
liaison. This requires staying abreast of the latest Medicare and
Medicaid changes that impact Community Health Care Centers. |
