Organizational Information:
Carolina Health Centers is a non-profit community health center organization whose purpose is to provide comprehensive health care services to people within a seven county area in South Carolina. We operate seven family practice offices, one pediatric office, a school based health center, and two pharmacies.
We provide family health services for all ages, featuring family practice, pediatrics, adolescent service, women's health, and geriatric services. Referrals are made for specialty care and inpatient care.
We also participate in a national "diabetes collaborative" which tracks each patient's progress toward goals aimed at keeping the patient healthy.
Our pharmacies provides Carolina Health Center patients with medications at reduced prices.
